    who would buy it for the crappy stats and the outrageous price...you'll never see it

    You should be able to see it in the game itself. If you go to your collections, and head on over to the Epic Gear section, scroll down to the bottom of the list and you'll see a portion of the list dedicated for that blue set. Right next to it, are character models wearing the gear.

    It looks unique, but in all honesty, it doesn't look that good for its price.

    Edit: Just realized that this is an old thread. Let us not dabble too much in necromancy!
