For the past couple of weeks, I have noticed that epic dungeons seem to be bugging out. I que up, accept, and get in dungeon only to find that the party only contains 3 members. This has happened in Temple of the Spider, Lair of the Mad Dragon, and Castle Neverwinter. It has happened on several different toons.
I was wondering how many others are having this issue?

This is not a bug. That's just the system reducing your waiting time by assigning you to an existing dungeon party where people have quit for whatever reason. The party can still be filled back up to 5 people should the relevant classes also queue for the dungeon.
I had that problem tonight with Lair of the Mad Dragon. First time I've had it happen, but it went on to do the same thing all five times that I tried to queue up for the dungeon.

But what about when all fights have ended? I was ported in each time to the very last camp fire and the big boss at the end was gone. No monsters left anywhere.

Yup and if someone stays in it'll keep trying to fill regardless, same if someone just logs off from still inside the dungeon. Personally I think some are griefing with it. If you log into such a group and someone is in and disconnected they're probably griefing the system.
