frontline have over 5,2k damage and 15 sec cd and also hits 3 targets and have instant cast and prone and mark targets restore a lot ap
flourish have 4.8k damage 11sec cd hits one traget have 3 sec cast can be dodged in the midle of animation stun for 1 sec and give very litle ap
so i wonder how this 2 powers are balanced? frontline need huge nerf or flourish buff

flourish would be ok if they fixed(i dont believe smth THAT bad was intended) that stupid animation animation is either way too long or or the skill does half the damage it should based on animation time, stupid animation lock and how cheap the animation feels
flourish does stun the target for the whole animation tho, so nothing is lost due the animation as long you hit your target.

FS brings the same multiplier that has on a GF which means it has a way higher dps (it hasn't been adapted to the higher weapon base dmg that a GWF has).
FS gives 2" prone duration and you are free to chain another enounter/at will during the prone animation (which means you can eventually increase your DPS on an armless opponent).
Fluorish makes you stunned but you can't chain anything.
AP per second generation is the same.
FS doesn't generate more AP on marked chars.
