Castle Never Door leading to Ritual Chamber Bugged.

There is a bug with the door leading to ritual chamber in castle never. My team was unable to open it. We have cleared all the mobs and boss before that. The door shows a short animation of opening and then it closes. Please check out that bug. Thnx!

    Did more than 1 person try to open it?

    Not sure. probably but after that, we cannot interact with the door anymore.

    6 days and no hotfix for this simple bug?
