Feywild weapon transmute

I know they are gone from wondrous bazaar, as said in patch notes, even though collection still states that it's found there.

Thing is, I can't find where they are now, took a look in sharandar merchants and didn't find them. Can anyone help?

They got removed completely , the developer said that there is an issue with them ,if they fix it the will be added back if not they will be getting removed from collections or something along those lines.
