Sparkling bow of Winter Not Transmuting bow

I just saved up enough to get the transmute bow for the winter festive and am having no luck transmuting my player crafted bow.

Any help given would be much appreciated

    Your specific problem is not clear. What exactly is going wrong?

    Also, if your transmute does not show visibly, it may help to relog. I found I had to Change Character, i.e. relog after I transmuted my GWF's Ancient weapon to a Fey weapon today.

    It doesnt even allow me to transmute it. It doesnt show up in the options at all no matter what ive tried

    Can you transmute any other bow with the Festival item?
    Can you transmute your bow to any other bow?

    It seems that you cannot transmute a crafted bow... only a dropped one.

    I can transmute it to any other bow... just not this festival item.

    Your answers are contradictory.

    So you are saying that your crafted bow cannot be transmuted at all but at the same time it can be transmuted to anything but the Festival item.

    It cannot be transmuted to the festival item. That is what i meant.

    (Since the first post I found out that it *can* be transmuted to any other bow)
