Simple balance solution for now at least.

Just add an option to choose what level u want to join when joining pvp.
1. Novice
2. Advanced
3. Pro
4. Veteran
5. Arena Master
Something like that should solve many many many many many and once again many balance pvp problems in a easy simple way.

    Don't make that a free choice, it would only end up with people going on Novice to "PWN NOOBZ!!11oneeleven".
    Perhaps an ongoing statistic for every char with autoplacement in tiers would be nice.

    I think it's a good idea for a quick fix. Most 4/5s want competitive PVP and would q for such. Yeah, someone would q to PWN, but let's not throw out the good for the sake of the perfect.

    If this is an option that can be implemented in the short term, I'm all for it.

    If you're going to add a filter anyway (which is to say a couple of devs are going to have to sit down and spend time designing and implementing it), it might as well be based on something less prone to abuse like the average quality of your best gear and / or a hidden matchmaking rating.

    Like, you know, people have been asking for since beta.

    Why not use an Elo rating system like in chess?

    Just sort level 60 PvP by gear score - something like:

    1. < 6K
    2. 6K - 7999
    3. 8K - 9999
    4. 10K - 11999
    5. 12K+


    *Oh, and you'd have to prevent gear switching once in a match.
