My friend (<Name Removed>) got hacked yesterday and want to submit a ticket, but we don't know were to post this. He lost all AD, gold, some items (a Greater Vorpal, for example). What we can do to help and recover the items?

The first place I would think would be under help in game. I don't know if there is a topic for this on the forums or not.

Submit a ticket to support, that's the best you can do to try and resolve this issue.

Tell him to get in touch with support , I doubt they will discuss your friends account with you , they will probably reply with a bunch of questions for him to answer then they will take a look at his account activity and see what has gone on , as others have said though there isn't much anybody on the forum can do to help him.

From what I've heard about the response to hacking, that is to say, none, literally none of the people I know in-game who were hacked got their stuff back...they've now, unsurprisingly, quit. Some were big spenders too (in the region of over 5 digit zen purchases in one go). I wish you all the best of luck.

I presume that you've already changed your game password and email password? Probably best to check your deleted emails folder too, since getting access to a PWE account requires their account guard code which is sent via email.

    Hey there,

As others have said you must contact support. These types of issues can not be solved on the forums.

And make sure you first scan your computer(s) for any malware or viruses and then change your password.

Sorry that I can not be of more help and best of luck.
