Attemping to connect...

My launcher for some reason can't get past this "attempting to connect to controller tracker.." message so I am unable to get into the game and I've waited a good 30+ mins now. I've tried repairing the arc, restarting the arc, game launcher, and even my computer to no avail.
Does anyone have a solution to this?

    Same issue, ever since 20 December patch. it's bad. no solution.
