how long it gonna take cryptic..

since day 1 the Eu1.proxy does not working... seriously and no one care fix it..

and why there is even eu proxy when europe players still get sux ping;/

is there gonna be eu server or smth? why i have 200 ms avg while my usa friends have only 20 ms....
how fair is that in pvp even

    Are you sure it's not your connection that's wrong? I have never heard about this issue before, and I live in Europe. My ping has always been pretty good?

    im EU and my ping is allways average 200 ms, and alot of my EU friends aswell.

    so i guess it matters where you live

    As is the case with all Cryptic games, there is and will always be only a single shard (shards are actually comprised of multiple servers). Your ping is not necessarily caused by your proxy but other factors not addressable by neither your ISP nor Cryptic. Please look in the Bug Report section under "Diagnosing Lag and Rubberbanding" for some helpful hints on how to find problems with your connection.

    fuuny answers i am getting here.. its plan simple that ping is distance and not isp connection.
    ofc cryptic mmo is worst ping for me cuz its only mmo from mmos i played that eu player play on us shard:)
    all other mmos i had 50+- ms cuz they had europe datacenter, now there is nothing to report about my connection or w/e cuz issue is not from my side.. i can not have lower ms if i need travel over 10.000 km:) since there is no europe datacenter:P

    what skydiversr says. my net is very good, 100/100 mbit, but still i have 200 ms in this game cuz of US servers

    Most the smaller f2p mmo's I've seen only have one datacenter.

    even pwi have euro datacenter.... so nwn is small scale mmo?

    no experience with pwi, but yes in my experience nw is a small scale mmo.

    It seems neverwinter is just a cheaply run cash grab left to stew and get as much money as it can before inevitably closing due to lack of interest.

    indeed all of my friends( greece) have 180-230 ping and i suppose its cause of us servers , i even turned my line to fast path - still same ping so they better do smthing sometime
