Since module 2 I have terrible performances in malabog castle, especially in the first part, outside. I must have like 10 fps whereas before it would go to 40 or 50.
I of course checked my video settings and everything is ok.
One member of my party experienced the same problem. Is anyone having this performance problem too?
I don't know about the other dungeons since i haven't tested them yet.

Same here. Im not sure about other dungeons but general performance was worse than before and MC unplayable
MC is totally unplayable. The lag/poor graphic performance is ridiculous. And thats with my Graphic set RIGHT DOWN!
I ent a Ticket about it last night, with full system and graphic card info, and today, there is no ticket, so all they did was open and closed it. They must have bought shares in a Graphics Card company because this has been actually going on for weeks and they seem to have no desire to fix or even acknowledge the fact that there is a problem.
I have no problem in any other instance of the game but basically I am locked out of MC due to BAD PROGRAMMING that they seem to have totally refused to acknowledge. Guess the money I already spent on Zen is the last I will spend if this is how they treat they PAYING customers. Yes, its not a HUGE amount of Zen but it is still money in their pockets and now I feel like I have had my pocket picked.

Disable all shadows. I had this problem and this fixed it. The rest of the game runs perfect on max settings too. Weird.

I can't believe Cryptic is so bad that they can't even fix a dang lag bug in Malabog's Castle, I think we are owed an explaining why they have not fixed the graphics lag issues to first boss in Malabog's Castle after 8 Months!!!!!!!! Come on Cryptic fix the dang thing, I should not have to lower my graphics settings on a AMD Radeon 6570 with 2 GB to lowest settings just to run MC? We deserve a good explanation!!!!!!

Prynnce, you shouldn't spam-necro several threads. It's way too much noise which is burying real problems. If you want to be any constructive about your issue, start by being more specific about your affected PC system. And I'm not sure if performance optimisation issues count as bugs, so you might be in the wrong forum, too.
Anyways, a Radeon 6570 is a 50W TDP card, read: It's rather low-end. Some even came with GDDR3 instead of GDDR5, making them slow performers.
Neverwinter is generally more demanding on the CPU than video (you can google a tomshardware review to verify that), and I'm curious what processor you're running. If your CPU is still up to snuff you could ponder if a video card update would both solve your issue and make your PC more future proof at the same time.
That Geforce 750 TI card would have almost thrice the ooph of your current card for about $140 and would likely work with your current PSU as it's using just barely more power than your current card.
As for the worsening performance specifically of MC: Try changing the DX render setting first, then reduce shadows only. I think one of those used to work for cases similar to yours.

My settings work great everywhere else!!! SO its not my card, if I could save my current profile settings for video and then load them back after MC I would. But cryptic needs to fix the bug!
