Gateway Down?

The last two days I have not been able to get in the gateway. I keep getting this message

Neverwinter Gateway is currently unavailable due to heavy load.

Please try again later

Any ideas when this will be fixed.

    Clear your browser cache. It is currently caching an older version. As Gateway is working.

    The gateway may be working, but not everyone can get in. Clearing the browser cache does not fix it. If you are unlucky enough to try when server load is apparently high, you don't get in...period. Over the last few days, attempts during the day (ET) seem to be fruitless. I was able to get in last night at about 11pm ET, but so far that's my only successful attempt in the last few days.

    On my mobile phone I now get the error message "Neverwinter Gateway is currently unavailable due to heavy load."
    But, I only get this message on my mobile phone, I can only get to gateway on my PC.
