Kick system

Today I was kicked from two fardelver parties!

I am a TR...

I went ahead of the group and was clearing the hard monsters that my team died on....

They insulted me then kicked me....

I joined another group... (same thing)

When I needed to use the kick system (player was offline for 20 mins) I couldn't. <was just me and him>

Kick system needs to be reworked so that when people are offline for long periods of time you can kick them/or when you are at a map checkpoint and can't enter because people are offline = auto kick offline players.

I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!

I believe the newly implemented kick system requires a party majority in order to force a player off the team. On a party of 2, you alone are not a majority, which is probably why it didn't work. I hate to place blame, but if the majority of the players on the team voted you off, perhaps you should have stuck with them instead of venturing off on your own...

Pretty much what I was going to say.

Since they insulted you I assume that you going off and soloing stuff annoyed them , I know it annoys a lot of players especially DC when players dissapear off since if you die the aggroed monsters will then seek out the rest of your party and could overwhelm them .

Thing is some guilds only invite players to walk through the trash mobs if they don't have 5 players and as soon as the final boss is almost down or they don't need you to kill it at all they kick you so you cannot roll on the loot. Happend to me last time in VT dungeon. People needed a healer, at last mob vote kick so I couln't roll on the loot.

The simple fix for this is: Don't join premades where more than 2 guild players are present. I know that not every guild has arrogant and selfish players and the majority doesn't kick single players. But you are on the safer side if you follow this rule (of course it is not 100% safe as well but much less problems than in a 4 ppl guild premade). If the majority of the party is from one guild the vote kick system doesn't help you much since all will just agree to kick you. And there are guild out there that kick players regularly, always. No matter if you play good or bad, they are just selfish idiots.

When I use lfg for premades I check the party members once I am in the party. And if I see that this is a guild premade I just leave and search again. And if you were in a team that kicked you be sure to ignore every player in that party so you don't run into them the next time.

Something tells me we don't have the whole story here.
