Multiple Skill Bars (QWER) (Suggestion)

Hey everyone ( Please note this isn't something that is needed, But would be a nice addition )
(I couldn't find a game suggestions sub forum so i just posted it here, I hope it's okay)

So all of you that have played World of Warcraft or something similar know that you could have different skill *Bars*
(The arrows on the right end of your main Skill bar (Default 1-=))

(For those of you who do not know what i am talking about, In world of Warcraft you could have multiple skill *bars* where you could put different skill for certain settings/Situations you might be in (a common one in WoW, Was a *Bar* For your buffs, so you did not have to waste space on your main *Bars* for most people had a lot of macros and skills that needed to be on your *Bars*, Or people would have one for pvp and one for pve depending on the spells they will be using for different scenarios))

Say i am in Spellplague Caverns I have many different ways i do things in SP, Say for instance, we are coming up on a bridge, and i want to make the run quicker, By knocking off mobs Using Repel, I also want Steal Time and Shield, Currently i would have to go into my powers tab, Drag and drop them into their correct spots, and even scroll down for some skills which can be quite time consuming when your trying to do a quick run, Or it sometimes results in your team dying as you are not able to do you job to push the mobs of or *Control* a large pull if your team is not experienced or under geared.

I'm not sure where you would put it, But i haven't thought that far ahead, I think its just a neat idea that would make changing skills a lot easier and flow better instead of having to go into your powers tab.

If anyone can explain this better, Please, Go ahead for i think i have explained it poorly, But hopefully everyone gets what i am talking about, and a Dev would look into it

Also if you have suggestions or problems with this, please post your response so i can read them

I totally understand what you are saying, and I agree, it would be so much more convienent than having to search through power skills in mid battle to find what you need. Even just a side bar for quick access.

Just the option for two or three quick loadouts would be nice. One for PvP, one for PVE mobs, one for PVE bosses, etc.

Here's a secret: ESO is doing it. Somebody thinks it's a good idea.

I personally think its a great idea, especially since my powers tab cover's my encounters and such, so every time i have to drag it, Its just such a pain

One of the first things I did when I started playing this was try to figure out how to switch from one bar to the other. Sadly, you can't. It would definitely be nice. I only PvE at the moment but it would be nice to swap between a group bar and a solo bar at the very least. Not to mention, I have an ability on my GF that I like to use only when an enemy is low on health, and having to swap it mid-fight is a pain.

They could easily do this and not break the game in any way by making all encounters go on cool down when the powers tray is switched. Its a necessity in my opinion that this happens soon.

I would also like to change with this encounter changes the active class features (the yellow icons, 10s delay before active like encounters, maybe longer to avoid abuse)
