3 Basic artifacts... skirmish/dungeon drop are confirmed?

Hi all,
I'd like to know if the 3 basic artifacts (Lantern/Water/Aurora) are confirmed as possibly drop from skirmish and dugeons, like wikia said, or not like tooltip of collection window show.

    I got green Aurora Catalogue from the Dread legion skirmish chest .

    Never saw any artifacts drop from boss/chest since the module release.

    I only know of 1 person that got one green from the skirmish. imsmithy is the 2nd one.

    Considering how RNG works and how rare they might seem, farming for them in skirmishes might be a loss of time. For example, I've did Celadaine each day since I have unlocked the zone (and I unlocked it fast), and I have yet to see a Blink Dog from the chest.

    Conclusion: drop rates are abysmal.

    That's nice, because venturing into dungeons is an option only for a few classes.

    Didn't see any artifacts from dungeons either and I do 5+/day.

    Also they are an option for ALL classes. Especially CWs are extremely sought after, and I think you're one.

    I agree with the RNG statement. I guild mate of mine really wanted one and spent some time trying to get it (even bought some more keys). I don't think he has gotten one yet. I ended up getting one and giving it to him (I had already sold 2 of them on the AH). I have gotten 2 or 3 more since then. I will note I tend to have bad luck with the lockboxes so I guess it all evens out :)

    I get the impression that was actually his point. CWs are so sought and certain other classes aren't ......
