Getting stuck in Dread Vaults (Yshiggol)

Got a group for a Dread Vaults in progress at Yshiggol via dungeon finder but when I entered, one person from previous party was left stuck at boss campfire. Everyone else that entered got in at the previous campfire. The only way to get to the boss was for the person left from previous party to leave (/killme only respawned him at boss campfire) and start boss encounter from previous campfire's encounter activator with a full party of people who had filled up the group. After a wipe, one person left and now we had four people stuck at boss with the person filling up the group entering at previous campfire and again no way to start the boss encounter.

Pretty messed up.

    Yeah the queue system is completely messed up at the moment because they tried to enhance it but instead they have left it completely unfit for purpose , they have posted a thread somewhere saying they are aware of it and are working on a fix. Until it is fixed the only surefire way to get into a dungeon with a full group is to party up outside then enter as a team from the door.

    This is a separate issue from dungeon finder placing people in completed instances, though. I queued again for DV later, got a similar or the same DV instance but we managed to successfully kill the boss on the first try and complete the instance with no further issues.
