Shift + Tab = No Keyboard

I have recently noticed this issue, but could have started as early as Module 2 (my GWF was more or less shelfed since Mod 2 came out until recently). I didn't see any posts regarding this issue on the first 6 or so forum pages, but if it's a duplicate of an already known issue I apologize.
It used to be when Shift + Tab was pressed I would get the ingame web portal from where I could purchase Zen and accomplish other account level actions. Now, If I press Shift + Tab at the same time there is no web portal that pops up and the game no longer recognizes my keyboard. I can't move, I can't type and I can't press ESC to back out, which means I have to hard restart Neverwinter in order to play. My computer still recognizes my keyboard so I believe it is something relating directly to Neverwinter itself.
While it would be easy enough to just not use an ingame portal to purchase zen, etc, the fact that Shift + Tab is a viable key combination while playing the GWF (especially pvp) makes it a major detriment.
In the interim I have rebound my special power (tab) to a different key but proper resolution of this bug would be greatly appreciated.
