Dungeon Queue placing you in completed dungeons

Dungeon Queue tool has a habit of placing you in the same completed dungeon over and over again, rotating people into empty groups and keeping the instance alive for some reason.
2 GWFS, 3 TRs, 2 GFs, 1 HR, 1 CW
