FIX MAIL BOX... MISSING ah MAIL, MISSING AD

Ok, so a few times now i purchased items from the Ah, the money goes poof, (sweet i just got that piece of awesome gear) go to the Mail box, and nothing? money is gone, item is gone from the listing, but it went nowhere... Submiited request HM help for missing items, no response for several days, then get a response saying they lost some ticket and will need to resubmit i problem is still happening, well i do, and ticket sits, no items still in mail box... they patch it works fine for days then again, i buy something else and poof money gone, nothing to show... i wish they would put it back when you buy something it goes directly to your inventory, or fix the mail box so its sort-able, read not read, shows what was deleted and give the chance to un-delete just in case the mail bugs out and says it is one thing but is actually something else...

    I feel your pain....I'm suffering the same thing and though i have submitted tickets all i have to show for it is a message thanking me for playing 'Star Trek online' !!! :)

    Perfect World has basically said too f-in bad. They will not replace or compensate for items lost by their mail system and will ignore Tickets about the issue.

    Same problem here. player support is a dbag, this game was a fun game but I can' tplay when 600k AD goes missing and the company running the game doesn't give a ****
