Using gateway cannot take down consignments on Auction House. It says: "Unable to take down your sale. Please try again later."

Seconded. Happened to me today, too. With an item no one had bid on. I posted two items of the same type at the same time, and when I realized my mistake (too low starting bid), I proceeded to take the items down right after I had posted them. I couldn't. Logged into the game and removed the items successfully and re-posted.

Same here. If I'm posting multiple items in a row, sometimes either I or the gateway get confused and the wrong item gets posted. Dumb when you can't take it back down.

As a workaround, it appears that you can buyout your own consignment, that's if you have a buyout set. Instead of a normal auction transaction, it appears as if it actually cancels the consignment. The item goes straight to your inventory instead of in your mail and your AD doesn't get deducted even if the Trade House Cut would have been more than 0. You don't get back the posting fee though, and I believe that is the case even when canceling normally in-game.

Now I've only done this twice so far so I can't tell if it triggers any bugs that would actually cause you to lose stuff. Try at your own risk. I also have not logged back in-game yet since then to see if everything checks out ok.

    Thanks for the idea nilwolfie.

Just updating this thread to officially state that as of patch NW.10.20140113a.4 today this still isn't fixed.

(and gateway has actually gotten a new bug from this patch, but that's housed in a separate thread. XD)

Just to update, as of Patch NW.10.20140211a.5I was successfully able to remove items for sale from the AH that I had posted. Anyone else care to confirm?
