Lost Astral diamonds :/

I bid one item in AH 3.2-3.3milj AD 4-6 days a go (greater vorpal). And the greater vorpal what i bid is not in AH anymore, and "my bids" is empty and i dont have get any mail.... Im so mad if i dont get back my astral diamonds, I have been farming like 6month and saving. I have checked my mail like 100times but nothing...Anyone have same problem? Or anybody have some good ideas or smthing.. And i have allrdy sent ticket (2d ago), but seems like game support is busy :/. I like this game, but now i just cant play this game and i think you know why.

    Maybe your mailbox is full? Try deleting some mails, but be very careful you do not do it too fast in case you delete any incoming.

    There are also two mail limits: one for mail count and one for attachments.

    I have only 4 mail atm. I look at my mail carefully. Especially if I know i have bid something in AH. This <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> me off.
