Since the patch on Thursday, I have been unable to complete a normal level dungeon. I have loaded multiple times into dungeons which have already been completed. I have waited 10-20 minutes, Q-ed again only to be loaded into either the same completed instance or another one with exactly the same problem.
This has happened right now for the DD at UTC 5pm for epic dungeons too. I tried three different dungeons and all players were confused because the dungeon was finished

Loaded into a 90% completed dungeon that had then bugged.........this after an hours wait not fun.

This is what bothers me the most on epics! Wait in que forever, then get in for nothing ty for wasting my time!
Mad Dragon NORMAL is currently screwed. Every queue pop has the last two group spots emptied with red "X", and when you log in with the rest of the party, instance is complete. waiting 4+ hours for a delve event to have this happen is kinda not fun.
Perfect world please take notice. This has a very easy solution.

If more than 4 players have left a dungeon/skirmish instance, mark it unjoinable by the queue system. DONE!
No more joining half-completed party dungeons/skirmishes.

I've been unable to get into Epic Idris for a couple days now. At least the others I've tried seemed to work most of the time. Basically if the notification pops up and there's already a red spot or two you may as well decline or you're going to end up in a finished instance 95% of the time. An alternate way to code it is if dungeon = finished (ie boss dead) then don't flag that group as joinable, regardless of how many people have left.

Haven't been able to queue for much, lately, because of this. Plus nobody seems to want to invite rangers since there are too many of us around. Last night got creative and talked to everyone that zoned into a completed instance, and then re-formed the group after leaving. Had to break up the group first to separate from the first instance, though.
Kind of a hassle, but I was about to outlevel Idris, and hadn't managed to get in over the last couple of days through the normal methods during DD.
I had the same problem tonight with Idris. Queued, entered, got credit for completing the quest and that's it. And then I didn't see it in the queue menu when we finally got out of there. Deeply broken and annoying.
