How to claim the items from a pack?

Earlier today I purchased a Faywild pack, it took about an hour but the transaction said "Completed." I've tried logging in and out of the game but I have not received my items yet, nothing on the claims vendor and nothing in the mail. Just wondering, how long does it take to receive the items? Should I wait a day? Open a support ticket? Just hoping for a bit of guidance in what to do to resolve the issue.

    Well I decided to wait a while. Still nothing on the claims vendor or in the mail, no answer from support either, quite frustrating.

    Not what one hopes to expect.

    Mine was available right away, paid the toll. picked up at rewards desk.

    YES, turn in a ticket, my past experiences has been positive.
