vote kick most annoying thing in game.

seems each time i join any kind of dungeon (via queue) i get kicked via vote. even when we ran the whole map and made it to the end to get kicked right before boss. and in some instances i see people get voted on for a kick for no reason.
this is kind of annoying and it was not even needed.

Basically, it was worse before. Then, all you needed was a party leader who wanted to dump a member. Now at least they have to get a few to vote together.

It's still not perfect, by a wide margin. But people can be aware. Make a note of who's in a group when it starts; if you get kicked, keep those names and their guilds in mind in case you end up with them again. Take screenshots. (Don't report their names, etc., here) Join a good teaming channel (such as "/Channel_Join NW_Legit_Community" to join that very good channel for doing full non-exploit runs) where people can be depended on to behave a lot better.

Edit: One last thing, and OP, hopefully this doesn't apply to you. Sometimes people get vote-kicked for good reasons. If a person is getting vote-kicked by a lot of people from random groups, it might be worth it for that person to stop a moment and think about whether they're doing something or behaving in a way that gets them kicked. Again, no idea if this applies to you OP, and hope it doesn't; but some people aren't pleasant to team with, and they might not even realize it.

the vote kick, imho, was needed. now it just needs to be tweaked to prevent kicks completely after you hit the last spawn camp.

Well, no. I had a situation today, in Temple of the Spider, where our team did great right up until the final spawn camp site, and right before we were going to fight the boss, our GWF DC'ed and did not come back. So after waiting a good long while, we regrettably kicked him and he was replaced by the queue with a GF who performed spectacularly and we all walked away with loot.

I would say, once you set foot inside the final boss chamber, then no more kicking is allowed.

    Yes, it is.

The new party making system for dungeons is annoying as hell too. It created the new kind of "I join the party after the last boss dropped to 10% and take all the lootzzz" ninjas. Me and my guild can run SPC with only 4 players party and yesterday some ****ty rogue entered it and stole the helmet from the boss WITHOUT EVEN MOVING A FINGER. Annoyed me as hell.

The VoteKick system was a much needed feature. But they implemented it with no methods of oversight to make sure it's not abused.

Compile the lack of oversight with the new ability to fill empty slots mid dungeon, and it's just begging for abuse.

Simple rule of thumb if you're pug'n it... if everybody except you are all members of the same guild... tread with caution.

Yes it needs a little fine tuning. They definitely need to have a no kick while in the "boss zone." And I would also add no kicking during combat. I almost wiped when a vote to boot got brought up while in a dungeon today.

New things always have some bugs to work out but I am very happy this is here. Take today as an example. We had a GF that afk'd right after we agreed we were ready to go in to fight the boss. Said nothing just stood at the entrance. With only 4 ppl dps was very low with only the TR on the boss. the CW got cocky or tired of the slow grind pumped out a few to many spells at once and pulled agro from the masses I (GWF) was desperately trying to hold and the rest of the party wiped as soon as the thongs of golem's stun locked them to death. Right as I was about to eat it the GF jumps into battle from where he had been sitting at the entrance for 10 minutes. If we couldn't have kicked him and got another GF the whole 2 hr GG PvE/PvP prep would have been a waste. I'm glad the kick system is here and it does more good than bad.

well even i will kick when we did full dungeon with 4 ppl than there comes the 5th player who didnt do any jack **** in the whole run and come to gather drop loot, i will just kick cause thats just plain right rude, if u need or greed on boss u didnt even fought but if u pass on the boss u didnt fought u can easily stay and fight on next boss and have the right to get roll :) but if some player comes in last boss fight and we finished the fight its just stupid to let him roll.

i think the dev shld make it like the queue system only works when players r in between campfire not when the are fighting any boss , u getting me i just cant figure how to explain its just like player can only come when the players are not just after the campfire before boss or the right get loot shld after 3 or 4 rolls ended as a penalty for getting in after mid dungeon run so player who rplaying can safely pick boss loot

...doesn't it ask the party leader whether he/she wants to replace an absent player with someone from the queue? Don't tell me it just throws someone in automatically.... You should be able to choose if/when you want a replacement.

Due queued with my friend, entered spell. There were we 2 plus the disconnected man. Instance was bugged because of him. We were gonna kick him and leave to close bugged instance, but guess what? We were only 2, and to kick someone you need 3. We left, bugged instance remained.

It's a vote now instead of just party leader? What did that fix? I had this happen to me 5 times and I promised to pass on everything since I only wanted the DD chest!

I definitely agree with the previous recommendation that nobody EVER EVER EVER run with a guild. Especially <<removed guild names>> since they both do this every single run just because they think it's funny.

More like "know the guild you're running with." When I run dungeons with my guildies and there's some random player or two with us, we do not kick anyone -- even in cases where it could arguably be justified, like when the outside player is causing havoc for the rest of the party by not playing their class well -- because that's just plain rude and selfish, and that's not how we roll. People in guilds aren't all jerks.

Kick system works great for teams. You just need to queue with 3 members and you control the kicking and can kick anyone at anytime and ninja loot everything.

I agree with this , some guilds out there unfortunately are a set of tools but there are some , mainly from the legit channel who are really nice guys who are not only fair as far as skill nodes and stuff goes but some are even willing to stay in party even when the party has wiped a few times and offer tips and tricks to newer players, people shouldn't tar every guild with the same brush , not all of them are ******bags.

no kick in boss zone so i cant kick ppl who roll need on greed run... riiiiight

old kick was just fine when leader could kick, they should have added vote kick so leader can be kicked as well but not replace

but anyway its easier on nerves to skip DD than run with a pug

I've said this before, though it hasn't caught on yet...

Let the party leader set the # of party members when queuing for the instance. Want to run with just 2-4 players? Set that at the beginning so randoms can't pop in.

Also, to promote the lesser used classes in instances, let a party run with 6 players IF two or more of the least utilized class (or classes) are in the party.

Or give some sort of bonus (extra loot roll on bosses or chest?) if running the dungeon with a rainbow squad (no more than one member of any class.)

I have only joined in on one vote/kick so far, and that was for a 9.5k TR in MC with 0 enchants.
Personally I think its a good idea to have. If your going for dungeons well beyond your gear level (despite ridiculously low dung requirements), you should be doing it with friends or guild.
