Artifacts buff's do not upgrade

4370 instead of 8690. The effect does indeed give 4370.
It is happening for all artifacts - none of them can upgrade their buffs.
Please take care of it, for i have spent a lot on upgrading those artifacts :p

    dauxy, I was just about to post this and saw your post.

    Please also submit this bug via the in-game menu. Press H, then report a bug.

    This will help increase the likelihood that a dev will see it.

    Same here, my epic artifact gives same buff it has since the beginning:

    "Blood Crystal Raven Skull
    Bind on Equip
    Recharge Time: 180s / 160s / 140s / 120s.
    Use:
    - Grants 10% of your maximum Hit Points plus 30% / 50% / 70% / 90% of your missing Hit Points as special "

    My epic is suppose to restore 70% hp but it only gives 30%.

    At least we can get the stat bonus
