Hero of the North bug

Hello.

Not sure what is going on. After last big patch i can't see or reclaim my Hero of the North chest, itmes. Tried on new made character and same. I have Founder title on main char and spider mount etc. But cant reclaim, no chest at NPC. Same on new character.
What's more i can't set up my HOTN title on forum as i don't see "permission group" and i have tried on few browsers and several relog's.

PS: Support said i should report bug and post it on the forum and i did.

    This bug has hit me now. It was allowing me to reclaim items from the reclaim tab before but now it just says "I am afraid I have nothing for you at this time." instead of letting me reclaim any of the items that I could last summer before I had to take a break from the game due to real world issues.

    I got something similar to this. My Hunter Ranger cannot claim items from the Hero pack. The items include: Heavy Spider Mount, Bag of Holding, and Black Panther companion.

    Edit: I can't get these from the Reward Agent.

    I can also state this is an issue for me. HotN items are missing from vendor.

    Hi I am new here, i bought the HoTN pack, but did ot get my 2mil Astral Ds from the rewards agent... is it a bug ? pls help. Sry for re opening an old thread...

    I guess I'm adding to the pile...

    I have (as you can see) purchased the Hero of the North pack, among other things. Now, on one of my characters- Gwenn VanDraven- I cannot reclaim any of the HotN items. Further, although I can get the box again, I cannot open it, so that is also not a solution. The system tells me that I cannot have more than one of a unique item. The Claims Agent says that I already have the item. The problem, of course, is that I do NOT have the item, either in my inventory or (in the case of augments) slotted into any items.

    I hate to be the one re-reopening an old thread, but I have been less than impressed by the (nonexistent) aid and support offered in game.
