Unable to Launch game with new expansion

With safe mode on there's black window constantly loading getting nowhere.
Without after start crashes and bug report program pops up.

    same is happening to me and many others is there a fix for this? i have deleted the perf file.. didnt work. i deleted the game and reinstalled it.. didnt work,
