Dwarven Racial Abilities still broken?

While everyone, including myself have been caught up with the plethora of changes coming in module 2 I "stumbled" across an old problem: My Dwarven Ranger, much like my other Dwarves on Live, still have no racial abilities:

Stand Your Ground - You have increased resistance to Knock and Repel effects.
Cast Iron Stomach - You have increased damage resistance to Damage Over Time (DoT) effects.

Earlier yesterday while on Preview, I ran "Straight to Helm" and realized that I was getting thrown around by the Shocktroopers and Pit Fiend like a ragdoll. While I know Dwarves are supposed to have an "increased" resistance to knockback and Repels, I am 100% positive after that run there are NO resistances being applied to Dwarves. Further, the flame strikes still did the same DoT to me that they did to the other Rangers.

So I wanted to ask:

- Any other Dwarf Rangers note this?

- Aside from what I assume still works in PvP (limited Stand your Ground Abilities), any chance Dwarves will get their Racial abilities fixed in Mod2?

    Pretty sure it works in pvp! Maybe it's just bugged in pve like unstopable against certain mobs

    broken 100% in PvE only works some of the times in PvP

    It would be really great to get some dev feedback on this racial ability. It was one of the main reasons I choose Dwarf for my GWF (other than for RP purposes)

    Having a fighter class that is resistant to knockback effects is very important as a melee class. It keeps you in range of the mobs to deal damage and control the fight. I seriously hope this isn't intended to be a PvP only ability (and can't imagine that was its only purpose).

    Same main reasons I choose dwarf for GWF was racials. I hope if it is broken they fix soon. Cause if it is broken, it's been broken since release on a racial for one of your races.

    ...Cause if it is broken, it's been broken since release on a racial for one of your races.

    It has BEEN broken for a long time.

    It actually did work at one time, but has been listed as a bug since March'13 (the earliest that I can find it being reported not working).

    You watch your mouth Kolbe! Jk love rolling. I don't really remember, my GWF dwarf was my first character I started during open beta; but I don't remember it ever working.
