Unable to purchase respec token

Don't know if its a "just tonight thing" but it figures when I'm starting to look into fiddling with respecing my CW on preview I'd run into a problem XD. I Don't know if having spent a free respec (which carried over from preview) effected things at all, but a full reboot didn't do jack, so I'm personally excluding that from the possibilities.
I get a lovely little pop up error window though that reads:
"There is a problem with the microtransaction item Service_Respec_Token and it cannot be purchased right now." With the options "Not Now" and "Purchase"(the later of which is greyed out). This is through my attempt to go through the character sheet.
Zen store wise on Preview shows that there is absolutely nothing to buy in the Zen market. Suck-tastic, as the only thing (I believe ) it's supposed to have is that respec token. So! Until I can make adjustments, I guess I'll just copy over my character a bagillion times and tweak each one individually.
