R slot or third slot on Encounter power quickslot cant be firing with ctrl-lock on the target with any encounter power that are slotted in R slot.
Stormwarden Paragon feat: Stormcaller's Arrow: Cant put points in that feat.
- Unsure about Warden's Courage and Nature's Fury feat. But it might have same problem. I have not test that feat if it still unable to points in it.
Aspect of the Lone Wolf: The passive did not apply on yourself correct. I got nothing out of this class feature despite having 3 rank on it.
Aspect of the Falcon: Stuck at extra 3' Range passive despite have 3 ranks in it which suppose to give me extra 9' Range passive.
Seismic Shot: Still drop lingering VFX effect which look like violent green fountain after firing the daily power. Which can cause severe lag due to many many of those VFX effect all over the zone.

the blade on the left hand while in use is upside down still. but while standing after a fight is right side up. and still no quiver on most the blue or purple gear.
I had already reported in the HR feedback that the feat Nature's Enhancement raised deflection severity to 55.6% instead of 75%. Today I got access to the boon that adds 3% deflection severity. Lo and behold, my severity increased to 50.7% instead of 53%. With the boon and activating Nature's Enhancement, severity goes to 56.1% instead of 78%.
Please don't allow this to make it to live.
