Still Can't Play

I'm having the same issue I did after the launcher and client update from a week ago. My game crashes or freezes right before I get to the character login screen. The Cryptic screen will load fine, but once the Neverwinter splash shows, the game CTDs.

I was playing the game just fine up until a week ago.

    Hey i got the same problem , any chance you found out what was wrong ?

    You think thats bad, my friends account has totally disapeared. He had bought the HOTN pack and a howlermount and some other sttuff. They wont give him any of the stuff back and offered him some <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> items in return, nowhere near the amount of money he spent on this game.
