there are different people with different play styles. For my play style the best is Thunderhead. I do both pve and pvp and i farm solo as well so that enchant suited my playstyle. And is nothing to stop you finish any t2 with only t1 set (u can do it even with some proper selected blues), decent weapon and a lesser enchant. rank 5-6 enchants to reach the soft caps for crit/arpen/def/deflect/lifesteal.
All guides made are really good if your playstyle matches the author.
Yes you the not-Panda, not-Kolat gwf, the gwf that plays the game but knows he will never 3/3 any t2 dungeon, what did you slot as an armour enchant ?
"..but knows he will never 3/3 any t2.." Wtf is wrong with you? Do you think Panda and Kolat started out fully geared? With the build they use today? No, they didn't. They stuck it up and IMPROVED over time. If you can't do the same, this is not the game that will bring you much enjoyment.
Well, I do not use anything. Maybe I put Thunderhead, but how would merely aesthetic choice, I prefer to use my savings to something else (make a greater vorpal is my plan number 1).
Note: never winter is a product, costs money. And for-profit. Once bought some zen why I felt compelled to pay for something that amused me (but then came the nerf to gwf, then I felt a sucker .. hahhaha).
Anyway, I mean, given the consciousness of each, investing real money is not wrong. is a "fair" voluntary exchange of both parties.

I remember reading somewhere on the forums that Briartwine triggers your weapon enchantment, is this true / does it still work?

AAAWWWWWWWWW
Well some input. I use briartwine for my dps set and soulforge for my pvp/tanky set. I like briatwine because it helps abit with keeping agro and soulforge is always a winner
I use soul forged and run all the T2's but Karru without to much difficulty. I play sent based mostly on the Leroy Jenkins build and I'm over 15k GS which allows me to take a beating I can tank very well and burn away to heal if thing get to hot! soul forged allows me some flex when it triggers. I use lighting on my 1st sword for aggro and if I don't want the attention I use sword # 2 with greater plague fire. I don't usually top the DPS charts but it's rare that I die which is the trade off I'm happy with. I don't know if ill stick with soulforged after mod 2 however.

Barkshield for PvP since i'm not a full sentinel tank, and planning on crafting a Greater briartwine for PvE skirmishes/ dungeons.
