Tenebrous enchantment double procs

Did some experimenting with tene's. On multiple occasions I am getting full 7 procs back to back. I don't know why it is ignoring the 20 second cooldown but it def is. I am willing to bet that this is the insane burst damage that people are calling for nerfs. If you can fix this double proc then it will help tone down the enchantment. This has to be a bug. On a side note, this really helps to melt GWF's.

    is this live or preview that it happens on? I am assuming live, because the tenebrous has been changed on preview, and shouldn't have "7 full procs"

    The cooldown of this enchantment is serverside, so it can proc triple within 20s.

    Not happening here, using two equipped Tenebrous enchantments I'm getting two procs per cycle.
    Some things are meant to remain lost.

    On preview. I don't know why but it seems like each enchantment has separate chance to proc more than once in 20s. Sometimes they all proc multiple times. My friend who lent the tene's to me says it is happening on live as well. He mentioned its because its serverside but honestly I don't really understand all that. All i know is it is procing multiple times per enchantment in that 20s window.
