  I'd farm it. But I'm a cheap *******. It's only what, like 45-50 grym coins, methinks? And you get 15k for running Grym start to finish if you have the Neverember Dailies, so you can earn AD and get the lid at the same time.

  Just create your own guild and farm free. Many people ask for help via ingame to help the create a guild for GG.
  Also choose Delzoun, it's kind of easy mode at the moment.

  Remember that and you'll get max. coins from pvp about each time.
