Accound Guard not sending emails

I can not log into the cryptic site or the Gateway because of Account Guard. It used to work fine here on this computer - this browser for a while. Now it asks for a code and will not send anything to my gmail.

How do i turn off account guard or get a code to unlock this.

    You cannot turn it off , you need to get in touch with support.
    Also I tried to get onto sword coast adventures today and got the account guard message but never got a code sent.

    Actually, you can disable it.
    Just go here: https://secure.crypticstudios.com/default/account_guard/list

    But to do so you'll be asked for a code, also. And since you're not receiving it, you'll really need to contact the support.

    Oh cool , you learn something new every day , now I can disable it on the live server but the test server version isn't being sent.
