    one account chat seems fine spam coming out of the wood works other account no chat (chatter) at all not sure whats going on can have a ban i dont play the game much anymore was fine when i left, is this a bug?

    I'm getting the same issue on the Dragon server..no chat is showing up or available. Message says: Chat is Offline.
