LF US ET Weekend Guild with these qualities

My Wife and I are looking for US ET Guild that most of its members are over 25, best if they are mostly 30 or older. We want to play with members our age that understand that real life comes before a game. We are also a weekend only couple because we have 2 very little kids that require a lot of attention.

We also want the following qualities in a guild.
VOIP server TeamSpeak 3 (We dont care for Mumble nor Vent.)
Runs guild events on Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays from 8pm ET til about 1030pm ET. And runs these events on a weekly bases, we want to come on and be able to jump into instances with our guildmates not sit and look for groups or queue.

    Pacem Para Bellum fits most of your criteria, our scheduled events tend to be day time on weekends. most of us are over 25 and many over 30( we do have some younger members). we encourage families and RL friends. and we understand RL comes first. were small by design we plan to hover around 50 accounts. our goal is to have fun, its a game after all...

    I was hesitant to reply due to your weekend requirement. Our formal progression Dungeon runs are Monday 9est-11:30 and Friday 11est-1am but all your other requirements we fit perfectly. We run lots of guild pick up groups on the weekend and weeknights but they are at the mercy of who is online. Our progression groups are based on a SignUp sheet on our forums in advance so we know what classes we are missing and get those filled right before zone in time, limiting wait time considerably.

    We have members online in your time zone although we do dungeon runs mainly depending on who is online and when is Dungon Delve active. We are a family-friendly community of mature players and real life comes always first. That's why it's sometimes hard to plan the online time exactly. We also don't allow exploits.
