No reward from Sgt Knox Dread Spire quest

  I choose this to. Got awarded a purple Wondrous Coffer, opened it to see a green lesser mark of potency Clicked take all and it disappeared completely. Cant say I'm overly surprised by this though.

  Definitely not an Arc User.

  To get the purple mark you have to purchase and use a key to open the chest , they said they are going to make this more clear .

  Never got anything, chest, mark nothing. I also had a silver gauntlet when I began the instance.

  this apparently is still broken... "2015" really? This was reported in 2013 no fix.

  They changed the text to say there is a chance to drop a Greater Mark - it's not guaranteed. When you take the chest at the end, you get the reward, not from Sgt. Knox.
