Now I know players have mixed feeling regarding this some love these and some hate it, but I am curios will the subscription, lifetime or/and veteran rewards be part of Neverwinter.

I really doubt it. The game was designed to be f2p not a hybrid model.

There are veteran rewards in a sense - the ardent coins are gained by invoking the 1st time each day - they never expire and there are better rewards the further out you go, (culminating in a purple-quality angel companion at 360 coins).

Veterans Rewards are a healthy part of any game whether it's subscription based or free to play though the definition and rewards are different based on the game.
As bioshrike said there's already the Invocation Ardent Coin System but I wouldn't doubt we'll see more such long term player rewards in the future.
Regarding subsciptions, well...
Never say never but I would sooner expect WoW to go freemium (not the free trial they have now) than for Neverwinter to get a subscription option.*

Blizzard said they would not dismiss going F2P, however, it would not be any time in the near future.
So you're sayin there might be a chance for nwo to get a lifetime! ;p

You realize that's not as unlikely as you seem to think by your post. A while back there was a fuss in that game because people datamined info about xp pots and other such cash shop items. It was supposedly from an overseas test market or some-such. But at the time a lot of people believe they were considering ftp options. No idea if that's still the case.
I'd like to think the chance of Neverwinter getting a sub is far less than that.
Yeah, a veterans reward system in an entirely F2P game is not going to look like other veteran reward systems.
An expansion of the Ardent coin system is probably about as good as it will get.
I mean, there can always be stuff like the Caturday cape and mask, but even though I was impacted by that debacle the characters that I had at that time, and thus that got the 'reward', are all gone; Banished to the Kingdom of Deleted, never to return.

Unfortunately, the Ardent coin rewards aren't really worth saving. Anything you can spend them on is obsolete by the time you have enough coins. Even the purple companion isn't worth it considering that by the time you save every day for a year you'll already have other purple companions filling the role.
Perhaps I'm a bit pessimistic, but collecting coins for 365 days for what is essentially just a new skin for a companion slot is not really anything special.
Out in the United States there are representations of certain male parts that you can hang from the back of your truck. Couple that with paint jobs, massive stereos, prestigious models of vehicles, expensive TVs, etc. and you get the sense that we, as a species, need to show we are better then everyone like us. The virtual world is no different, they just want to show that their 'assets' are bigger then yours or mine.
Veteran level rewards are a mixed bag for me. I come from a background where the privilege of long service is duty and the privilege of rank is service. Just because I've been at it for 20 years and I've made O-4 doesn't mean I should get some shiny thing. I digress though as this is entertainment and not the service. The fun should be its own reward, one should not expect to be rewarded for having fun for a long time.
Subs, well I've said this before, but in my opinion the subscription model is obsolete. It is a dinosaur, archaic and past its time. It needs to go away and make way for more enlightened means.
I wouldn't be so sure. There is more than enough evidence Blizzard is heavily leaning towards an F2P subscription model as subscription models are looking less and less sustainable for continued growth and development of a game, as well as a barrier that many MMO developers do not like for getting more people in their games. In fact, plenty of evidence supports that Blizzard is actually quietly testing the sustainability of an F2P model is. And it's no secret that the substantial drop in WoW subscriptions in the past year has more than turned a few heads at Blizzard. Will it happen soon? Probably not, but I would not rule out that there will be an F2P WoW within another year or two.

It wouldn't even be funny.
