Hunter Ranger passive skill Twin-Blade Storm

After testing most of the HR powers, I've found a glaring issue with this skill. Instead of increasing damage when 2 or more enemies are struck, it effectively reduces damage... ALOT! I'm quite sure this is not working as intended. My thanks in advance for the developers attention to this matter.

    I can confirm. I have the same troubles! It makes only 10% of its normal damage.

    I have found this true as well - it is almost like it is set to level 1 character and only using the weapon damage and not the scaled level of the characters damage. On electric storm I was hitting for under 10 points of damage with the aoe
