Daily Quests unable to turn in

I sent in a bug report and was encouraged to post this on the forum for feedback.
Here is the issue.
- Daily Quests are level range specific.
- I had completed a Daily Quest Skirmish and leveled up.
- The problem is that once you level up out of that range, you are unable to turn in the quest to Rhix, even though it says you can turn it in. It doesn't show up, but remains in your journal.
- The same thing happened when I was 2/3 for the daily quests. I could not finish them and would have to drop it.
- This is a bug and at the very least if you completed the quest and leveled out of range, you should still be able to turn it in.
- The game should also allow you to finish the quest if you were in the middle of it and turn it in, but should not allow you to accept a new one of that kind.
