Lillend-Piercing notes bug

I recently got a Lillend companion and love it. Except for one thing.. She is now rank 30 and her "Piercing Notes" skill boost does not seem to work. The Boost is supposed to weaken the target, Add 10% to the 7% healing of audio drain, And increase the dmg for audio drain by 20%. Now i did some calculating and noticed that she does not even heal me the 7% when audio drain is in effect even without the boost.
I have 21,106 HP on my Control wizard and she only healed me for approximately 1,300hp.. over 5 seconds useing audio drain PRIOR to rank 30 and that same amount AFTER rank 30. That is not even 7%. I did some math and 17% of my hp is over 3k.. i do NOT get healed for that.
Her Audio drain also did the same amount of dmg BEFORE and AFTER she hit rank 30.
I love the lillend, love her looks love the stuff she can do.. BUT thats a BIG issue in a very desired companion. Her attack time is also way to slow.... the cooldown for audio drain is 7 seconds.. its take her like 15 seconds just to use the skill..And whats with her standing around for almost a full minute after you enter battle?
Please fix her..she would be such a awesome companion if these things were fixed.. right now shes just for looks basicaly. Thanks
