Zen mount question.

Was wondering if mounts purchased through Zen Store can be redeemed with non existing characters at the time. So if I were to buy a mount and only had 2 characters and slot, and I decided to buy 8 slots. Will the other 6 characters I create in the future have access to it?

    Yes any and all characters will get the mount. Even if you haven't made them yet.

    From what I've experienced I've had no problems getting my Zen-mount to character from slots bought after the zenmount was bought.

    I believe the mount is account-bount, so you shouldn't have any issues there mate.

    Its account wide even tho the characters does not exist at the time bought you can use them on any char created on that account, you just have to remove it from current character and re-claim it on another one...Thats why account based items are the best to get :D

    You don't have to remove it from any character. You can claim it on multiple characters at the same time. And yes, to the original poster's question. You can claim it with future characters as well.

    Same goes for that uncommon healer you can get from that IGN promo.

    Means you also get a healer for free as soon as your new toons get to Protectors Enclave for the first time.

    this is absolutely true. that is the green variety faithful initiate. this goes for all promo items that you can pick up through the rewards claim agent across the hall from sergeant knox. these items are all account wide.

    Potion packs that come with many promotions however can only be claimed once on the account.
