Lightning Shard Questions

Hi there NW community.
As the topic says, i have a few question about lightning enchant in general.
1. Where do the lightnign shard drop? Which dungeon/boss/end box form dd?
2. While searchng for infos about it, i stumbled upon some 0 dmg bugs. So, is it fixed? (ofc question to lightnign users)
3. GWF lightning user question : Does lightning proc on bonus strikes for wms? Does it proc on blitz/slam/bleed effects?
And does the lightning proc (while it proces) allpy bleeding effect and has a chance to proc blitz hit?
Asking so many question about procing becouse i heard some enchants actually do proc on GWF bleed effects, and blitz proces. Also would like to know if it works backwards...means lightning proc followed by blitz/bleed and vice versa.
(ik from experience destroyer doesnt proc on any of those, just regular wms hits, not even 2nd wems strike is counted here, so i was wondering if lightning has same proc system as destroyer).
