Tier 4

Augmented Thayan Bastion - When taking damage you have a chance to generate a shield that absorbs 500 incoming damage and redirects that damage to a nearby foe. This shield lasts 6 seconsd.
Rampaging Madness - When you deal damage you gain a stack of "Madness". When you reach 50 stacks of "Madness" you gain 600 Power, 300 Life Steal, and 300 Regeneration. 10 seconds after gaining this bonus your stacks are reset. You may only gain one stack of "Madness" per second.
Endless Consumption - When you steal health from your Life Steal stat, it has a chance to steal 3 times as much.
Burning Guidance - Your healing spells have a chance to burn enemies near the target for 120 Radiant damage.
Depends how often it procs. Shadowtouched could be amazing with AoE's.
Daria - Dwarf Sentinel GWF (mistaken for Halfling a lot)
Karia (aka "The Pug") - Human Combat HR
Kayd - Human Conqueror GF - Retired
Teir 3 rewards are alright. I run deflect on my GF so the extra deflect severity is nice. I cant say I would ever consider the AP over deflect severity on most of my characters though
Teir 4 rewards I really want more info on. This is the same issue I have with the tier 4 rewards for sharandar. The sharandar t4 rewards have an internal cooldown which isnt even listed on the tooltip. That needs to change for both current and future powers that have internal cooldowns. Im not against internal CDs, Im against that info being hidden. Let us make informed decisions by giving us all the relevant information to that ability
Shadowtouch actually isnt as good as it may seem because teh healing debuff doesnt happen until after the necrotic dot finishes (also does this necrotic damage heal us?)
Teir 5 rewards...ok these I have to go over one by one.
Augmented Thayan Bastion - Not bad but again we dont get enough info. How is the target determined? How often does it proc? Is there an internal cooldown? Put this kind of info on the tooltip so we can make an informed decision
Rampaging Madness - This may be a bit OP if it procs on every attack which is what the tooltip suggests. I also wonder if the stacks will fall off or if they just stay permnently till 50 are gathered
Endless Consumption - What is the chance on this? It goes right back to my criticism about uninformative tooltips. It wouldnt be a terrible ability if lifesteal could heal for huge amounts but currently I cant see using this on any character.
Burning Guidance - Again, an uninformative tooltip. What is the chance to proc? Is there an internal CD? Does it work on potions, lifesteal, or regeneration or does this only work on cleric/daily abilitys?
As you may have noticed I still criticize these uninformative tooltips. Cryptic has to fix this problem so players can make much more informed decisions when it comes to campaign boons
Pretty much this. It's not like the CDs are a well kept secret so you can just tooltip them right away.
Finally an useful offensive Tier 5 with Rampaging Madness, the kill based one from Sharandar is not worth it at all.
Depending on the description, the stack could stay for a long time.
Why on earth is Cryptic so stubborn on writing such deceptive, uninformative tooltips? The result is, community has to wait until some player sacrifices a crash-test-dummy alt to get the boon and posts the info for his guild and then in the game forum.
so sharandar boons are only worth it in sharandar zone ?
Nope. These are permanent character improvements that appear as "Features" in your Character Sheet when you press C. They work and apply everywhere in the game, even if you are completely naked. The only time they do not apply is when you use a Respec token, since you have to choose them/put points into them again.
