quest Seizing Power not giving credit

Quest Seizing Power (non-daily)
after completing Dread Spire, looting both Arcane Coffer and physical chest does not give credit for quest. Quest freezes in place & cannot be dropped.

    I have this issue too , , I opened both chests but didn't get credit and now the quest cannot be abandoned .

    I couldn't even get quest -- because the message said Inventory Full ?????

    I did the quest and did not get credit as well. Quest still is in journal and will not let me drop it.

    someone of you is reading the forum? there a section, not here, where you have to post the bug of the shadowmantel preview, is under feedback. we have posted yet that, almost 4 day ago

    it is most probably the currency inventory (go there and trash some seals).

    As for the quest - same issue, used the item, looted both chests now im stuck and cant abandon.

    I restarted a toon and was able to complete the quest and have it counted....however the toons that have been bugged with this quest still are. I understand the reasoning for not being able to erase the quest but maybe allow a short window to allow this. :rolleyes:
