I've sent in a ticket ingame about my MH gloves....
I was under the impression that loosing the enchantment when making reinforced set-gloves was something they had fixed!?
I made my reinforced miracle healers gloves 2 days ago, and my High Vizier's reiforced ones was finished today. So I started the second crafting while the first was on the way, otherwise I'm not sure I would've bothered crafting the HV's once I saw that I was going to loose my enchant.
Luckily neither had more then a rank 6 enchantment in them, but it still feels crappy, especially since I thought I read they had fixed this allready, or was that in my imagination?
So what's the deal here, working as intended or not?
Just thought I'd ask before sending in a ticket about the HV gloves as well.
When you use an item as a crafting material the item gets used ( destroyed if you will ) which results in a fresh new item. So obviously any enchantment that's currently in the old item gets destroyed in the process.
We fixed it so that if you canceled the task you get back the original item, including enchantments. As aquillazx said, if the task is completed the original item is discarded and you get brand new reinforced arms without any enchantments.

oh...
thanks for the clarification.
I wish I had known that some 18 hours ago, but that's not your fault.
New issue:
Perhaps add to the crafting recipe a warning that infused items will be lost in the crafting process???!!
Thanks though for the answer, I knew I had read something about some change or whatnot about this earlier.
