Cant launch the game

Patched 51.0 mb/103 mb. I and my friend similar problems. Where can I download the patch directly?

    Following today's patch, I can't log in. After a few tries, I uninstalled and tried to reinstall. Game said it needed ARC. Why? I only play one Perfect World game and I see no need for an extra login screen.

    Anyway, installed that and reinstalled Neverwinter and I still can't log in.

    Does the patch need a patch?

    Mine stalls at the Cryptic loading screen and goes unresponsive

    Thanks, I get a message pop up about something to do with the on demand patching being unable to connect so I unchecked the box and installing everything atm to see if that fixes it.. might take a while Oo

    If that doesnt work I will try tech support and if it does work I will let you know!

    Technical support is silent! No download a few megabytes, I've tried everything, including reinstalling the client. Why is no download speed? Gigabytes with torrents downloaded in a few seconds.

    Tech support is useless right now, I can't finish the patch or enter the game.

    yeah I missed the whole first day of the event due to the fact that it wont patch completely

    Hm, I have this problem, too. I don't run Arc, is it now mandatory?

    I always have had this problem after each patch (game gets hung up on Cryptic screen.)

    My solution, which works 100% of the time (for me at least) is when I load up the game on patch day,
    I turn off the "fast load" option.
    I then patch the game.
    When it is done patching and the button to play the game is active. I shut down the launcher and restart my pc.
    When its back on, I relaunch and enjoy (when I was playing) this game.

    It sounds stupid but it works. I also can have it force a safe mode launch and get the same thing, but that screws up the display settings I have to remember what I had set up each time I do that.

    I did get in (thought I'd mention) and the DL went smoother when it finally tackled the 103mb hurdle.

    Edit: I do DC a lot, though *frowns*

    Update
    I woke up today and reset my router. It worked fine now.

    The server seems like overload right now, I also stuck at launcher, however using gateway does able to login, therefore nothing is wrong with my account.
