Charge cooldown not reduced by 30% on Mastery with Champion Mage set

Per title, the set bonus is supposed to reduce skill cooldown of Mastery slot by 30%, but Ray of Enfeeblement and possibly Chill Strike do not hav their cooldowns reduced, probably because they have max 2 charges when on Mastery slot

    Known since Open Beta. No spells or abilities with more than 1 charge benefit at all from the Recovery stat or any ability which effects cooldowns. Skills like Healing Word, Griffon Strike, Ray of Enfeeblement (while in tab), etc.

    Yes, this has been a known issue for awhile now.

    You might want to pay attention to the next patch, though.

    Patch notes mention that Recovery stat will work now for charge skills - does this apply to Champion Mage set as well?

    Yes it will. Anything that affects Recharge Speed (like Champion Mage) will now work with powers with charges.
