Losting an 10 Arcane Crystal for one Artfiicer Item

I tried to make an rare Artificer with three of the same type of item, in this case two iron Crucible and one steel Crucible. It didn't give me an error message but it won't let me do it so I did it again with one Steel Crucible, one iron Crucible and two Iron files. After it was Complete all 11 of my Arcane Crystal where gone. It should only take one of these Arcane Crystals. Can some one look into this?

    Oops I looks like a dc made it lose track of me trading these to my sister and then back to myself. Sorry for the mistake.
